Is there GST?
All our prices include the applicable Goods and Service Tax.
I'm unable to apply a coupon code to my order.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to discounted products or exotic meats unless specified otherwise. However, if your cart contains products that are not on discount and qualify for a promotional offer, such as a minimum order value of Rs 499, you can apply the coupon code.
I'm able to apply the coupon code, but the discount percentage is not applied to my entire cart.
Discount percentages are valid only on products that qualify for the offer and will be applied to the corresponding amount of these products.
Am I entitled to Free Delivery during promotional offers?
Delivery charges are extra unless specified otherwise. The offers mentioned apply to specific products only.
Can I order multiple quantities of the same item?
Yes, you can order more than one of the same item. Simply adjust the numerical value in your shopping cart to the desired quantity.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is out for delivery. Upon cancellation, your money will be refunded to your original payment source. Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded regardless of the payment method.

Why are the items in my shopping cart no longer available?
Items will remain in your cart until you remove them or complete the checkout process. Please make sure you are logged into your Bombay Fish Co. account. If you have not checked out or removed the items from your cart and they are no longer available, it means they may have been sold out.

Do you offer refunds?
Once the order is packed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at +919811767106. Refunds for such cases will be processed within 15 working days.
Is Bombay Fish Co. available nationwide?
